Matt has been serving at Crossroads since November of 2008. Matt grew up in Buffalo, NY where he lived until he moved to Joplin, MO to attend Ozark Christian College in 2003. Matt earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Literature, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Christian Ministry. While attending Ozark, Matt served West Side Christian Church as Youth Minister in Joplin, MO. He also preached at Eastside Christian Church in Kansas City, MO on an interim basis. Matt said the best part of college, however, was meeting and marrying his wife Emily. Matt and Emily were married in 2007 and have two children, Reagan and Levi. Matt is passionate about New York sports teams and NOT the Cardinals! Matt and Emily enjoy spending time with friends, hanging out, and watching a good movie.

Justin grew up and spent most of his life in the St. Louis area. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Bible & Christian Education with a specialization in Student Ministry, from St. Louis Christian College in 2010. He enjoys hunting, fishing, Cardinals baseball, Blues hockey, and Chiefs football. Justin and his wife, Ericka, have one son named Julian. They enjoy spending their free time with friends and family, playing games, laughing, and having a good time.

Tim has been serving Crossroads since November 2007, and was also the youth minister from 1978-1985. Tim and his late wife Kylene previously worked at Show-Me Christian Children's Home where they were houseparents to a house full of teenage girls. They have two boys, Kyle, who is an instructor in the Navy, living in Virginia with his wife Wendy; and Nathan, who graduated from Central Christian College of the Bible in 2011 and teaches at Tri-County Christian School.

Amanda started at Crossroads in October 2014. She and her husband, Caleb, live in here in Macon with their two boys, Gabe and Joshua. Amanda enjoys working with people, Texas Longhorn football, music, cooking and being with friends and family.
Jerry Carter Director of Internal Sanitation
Jerry has worked at Crossroads since February 2011. Jerry has a passion for the church and to see the church succeed. He has been married to his wife Shelley for 43 years. They have one son and two grandchildren. Jerry worked many years in the automotive business and knows many tricks of the trade.
