LEAD MINISTER
Matt Stieger is the Lead Minister at Crossroads. Matt has been serving at Crossroads since November of 2008. Matt grew up in Buffalo, NY where he lived until he moved to Joplin, MO to attend Ozark Christian College in 2003. Matt earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Literature, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Christian Ministry. While attending Ozark, Matt served West Side Christian Church as Youth Minister in Joplin, MO. He also preached at Eastside Christian Church in Kansas City, MO on an interim basis. Matt said the best part of college, however, was meeting and marrying his wife Emily. Matt and Emily were married in 2007 and have one beautiful daughter Reagan. Matt is passionate about NY sports teams and NOT the Cardinals! Matt and Emily enjoy spending time with friends, hanging out, and watching a good movie.

ASSOCIATE MINISTER OF CHILDREN AND SENIOR ADULTS
Tim Worstell is the Associate Minister of Children and Senior Adults at Crossroads. Tim began working at Crossroads in November 2007. Tim was the youth minister at Crossroads from 1978-1985. Tim and his wife Kylene previously worked at Show-Me Christian Children's Home where they were houseparents to a house full of teenage girls. They have two boys, Kyle, who is an instructor in the Navy, living in Virginia and engaged to his fiancee Wendy; and Nathan, who graduated from Central Christian College of the Bible in 2011 and teaches at Tri-County Christian School.

Administrative Assistant
Jenna Mitchell started at Crossroads in December 2011. She lived in Milford, DE before moving to Missouri to attend Central Christian College of the Bible in Moberly. She graduated from CCCB in 2007 with an Associate of Science in General Studies degree. She has been married for four years to Tim Mitchell, Preaching Minister of the Christian Church in Bucklin, Missouri, where they live with their cactus and two cats.

DIRECTOR OF INTERNAL SANITATION
Jerry Carter has worked at Crossroads since February 2011. Jerry has a passion for the church and to see the church succeed. He has been married to his wife Shelly for 40 years. They have one son and two grandchildren. Jerry worked many years in the automotive business and knows many tricks of the trade.
